The location is convenient for travelers using public transportation. It is near the central station and the bus station. A SPAR supermarket is also nearby. The room included a fridge and kettle.
The housekeeping service was lacking . Surfaces were not wiped and floors were not vacuumed. Trash was not always removed. The pool area did not feel like a spa zone.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to public transport since it made getting around easy. The fitness room, swimming pool, and sauna added significant value to my stay. Breakfast offered a good selection and quality which I found very pleasing. The staff was helpful and courteous, especially in the restaurant.
I noticed some dust under the bed which could use more attention from housekeeping.

The location was perfect! next to the station, it made travel so easy. The buffet breakfast had a good selection. I found several items I loved.
The service from the front desk was not great. We were asked to place our own luggage in the storage room, though the luggage tags were missing. The bathroom floor was dirty, and the bathtub had a brown mark too.

i found a couple of things disappointing. the air conditioning was not effective. it struggled to keep the room cool enough, even after i reported it. also, the breakfast area seemed quite crowded during peak hours. it was sometimes difficult to find a table and the buffet lines moved slowly.
